40 PT Inspection INCLUDES:

• Bearing housing oil change, grease, repacking wheel bearings

(wheel seals, dust cap seals and cotter pins are included)

• Pickup and delivery of tank

40 PT Inspection does NOT include:

• Greasing and repair of toolbar & incorporators

• Parts and labor for any repair work

(Repair work will not be done unless customer gives prior approval)

50 PT Inspection INCLUDES:

• ENGINE OIL/FILTER

• PICKUP & DELIVERY AVAILABLE WITHIN 100 MILES

(Customer will be given a credit if they wish to transport it themselves)

25 PT Inspection INCLUDES:

• GEAR OIL CHANGE/GREASE

3 PT Inspection does NOT include:

• Pickup & Delivery

• Parts and labor for any repair work

(Repair work will not be done unless customer gives prior approval)
