PARTS SPECIALIST

We are looking to add an individual to join our parts department full-time. This position includes helping customers and stocking shelves. Ag knowledge and prior parts experience is preferred but not necessary. Must have strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and be able to work independently.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receives in-person and phone inquiries, informs customer of unit prices, potential shipping dates, and anticipated delays if any.
- Computes price, discounts, and potential shipping charges.
- Accepts payment of orders.
- Data entry of orders into computer software.
- Assists the team in reviewing completed orders for errors.
- Files/scans copies of orders received.
- Checks inventory and notifies purchasing of any orders that could deplete stock.
- Work with sales, shipping and/or warehouse team on inventory shipments.
- Aware of the duties at hand. Works with the parts team to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in keeping inventory room organized.
- Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Education/background in agriculture is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to problem solve customer needs.
- Forklift certified or the ability to become certified.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Occasional overtime and weekend hours.
- Regular attendance is required.
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds daily.
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs several times a day.
- Standing and/or walking for extended periods of time.
- Repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

MARKETING COORDINATOR – PART TIME
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Coordinator will work with customers, vendors, and other departments to highlight and showcase the company by incorporating skillsets such as social media, marketing, advertising, graphic design and content creation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently. This is a part-time on-site role with an estimated average of sixteen to twenty-four hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with marketing projects and campaigns.
- Prepare content for social media and other methods of customer contact.
- Photo editing and image creation.
- Represent the Company in the most positive manner with prospective, former and current vendors, employees and customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
The skills and qualifications needed for the role of Marketing Coordinator are:
- Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
- Good organization and time management skills.
